Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason and without penalty. Simply notify us by e-mail or phone within this period.

• After notifying us, return the item within 10 days with its invoice and all accessories, in its original box.
• Return shipping is free when you use the carrier we specify.
• The full amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
• You may be liable for loss of value if the item shows wear beyond normal inspection, has its tags removed or is damaged.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to items whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear).

Exchanges

For a different size, contact us within the same period; exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.
